Hillside splendour on a luxurious organic farm.
Wake up to some of the best views in the Caribbean at Belle Mont Farm. From its hillside perch on St Kitts’ north coast, you can see right across the sea to the neighbouring Saint Eustatius and Saint Barths.
Each stand-alone cottage is picture-perfect, with elegantly colonial interiors characterised by dark woods, louvred doors and roll-top baths. Outdoor bathrooms add a touch of tropical adventure, with plenty of screens and foliage ensuring your privacy. Most of the cottages come with their own plunge pool from which to soak up the serenity, an absolute must.
The Caribbean-inspired cuisine is a highlight. Choose from farm-to-table dishes like lemongrass-poached lobster with dasheen risotto or cinnamon-braised goat loin. Everything is fresh and locally grown. We recommend that you save room for the passionfruit and coconut Baked Alaska.
At night, you can transform your room into a personal cinema courtesy of pull-down screens and projectors. And if you’re up too late and don’t fancy making it out for breakfast, a tray of delights can be delivered straight to your room.
If you’re a golfer, you’ll be happy thanks to the 18-hole Ian Woosnam-designed championship golf course and unlimited caddie hire. The course weaves its way through tropical farmland, so you can pluck juicy mango straight from the trees as you play.
While children of all ages are welcomed at Belle Mont, we think it’s best suited to children over 10. Especially if they have an interest in water sports, hiking or cooking lessons at the resort’s culinary academy.
