The Villa Experience
Designed for larger families and groups, this sophisticated eight-bedroom residence combines 412 square metres of interior space with extensive outdoor living areas overlooking the Mediterranean.
Six bedrooms are located within the main house, while the separate Garden Suite provides two further bedrooms, a shared kitchenette, private garden and Jacuzzi. The infinity pool, generous terraces and outdoor dining area create a central space for the whole group to spend time together.
Inside, the open-plan living area includes comfortable sofas, a fireplace and study, leading into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. French doors open directly onto the poolside dining terrace, while the kitchen bar also looks across the pool and sea.
Bedrooms are arranged to provide privacy throughout the residence, with en-suite bathrooms and many offering terraces, garden or pool access and Mediterranean views. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom and private sea-view terraces.
The grounds are particularly well suited to active stays. Alongside an open-air gym for yoga, weights, table tennis, boxing and rowing, the estate has a private multi-sport court suitable for tennis, pickleball, volleyball and half-basketball.
Stone pathways wind through olive trees and local vegetation to shaded rest areas, hammocks and a hidden shared playground. After a day of activity, guests can gather around the infinity pool or enjoy dinner at the outdoor BBQ and dining area, which seats up to 18.
Location Overview
Villa Two is set off a steep hillside road, around a 15-minute drive from Elounda, with its sister property, Villa One, located on the opposite side of the same estate. Elounda’s harbourfront is lined with restaurants, bars and shops, alongside a beach and regular boat trips to Spinalonga, the historic island known for its Venetian fortress and former leper colony. Across from Spinalonga, the small fishing village of Plaka has a pebbly beach and waterfront tavernas.
For exploring further afield, Paralia Vlichadia is around a 40-minute drive away – a quieter, off-the-beaten-track beach where visitors can even collect their own sea salt. In the opposite direction, stop at Ston Prodromo for its signature goat milk ice cream or head to Paradosiako Kafeneio – Maria’s Taverna – in Skinias for a relaxed local dinner and a glass of raki alongside local farmers and fishermen.
