The Villa Experience
Set directly on the coast in Ververonda, Villa Oneiro combines one of Porto Heli’s most desirable features – private beach access – with generous landscaped grounds, a private swimming pool and uninterrupted sea views.
The six-bedroom villa accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels, with 440 sqm of contemporary living space set within a 5,000 sqm plot.
The ground floor is designed around indoor-outdoor living, with a bright living room opening directly onto the outside spaces alongside a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Two bedrooms – one double and one twin – share a bathroom, with a separate guest WC also on this level. Upstairs, the master suite occupies its own floor and includes a bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private sea view terrace.
The lower floor provides further space for guests, with two double en-suite bedrooms and one twin en-suite bedroom. There is also a second living room opening onto a veranda with steps leading towards the pool, as well as a kitchenette and laundry room.
Outside, landscaped gardens and colourful planting surround the swimming pool, with sitting areas, an outdoor dining space and BBQ facilities providing plenty of room for relaxed days and evenings together.
Location Overview
Villa Oneiro sits in the peaceful area of Ververonda, just 2 km from Porto Heli and directly beside the Aegean Sea. Its private beach is the standout feature, giving guests the freedom to swim and relax by the water without leaving the property. Porto Heli is approximately 3 minutes away by car, offering shops, restaurants and local amenities, while Kranidi can be reached in around 10 minutes.
The villa is also well placed for exploring the islands of the Saronic Gulf. Costa Port is approximately 10 minutes’ drive away, from where Spetses can be reached in around 7 minutes by sea taxi, while private day cruises to Hydra can also be arranged. Athens International Airport is approximately 200 km away, with a driving time of around 3 hours.
