The Villa Experience
Villa Clio occupies a fabulous seafront position on a small headland outside Kassiopi, combining expansive sea views with easy access to beaches and the village. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the most of the setting, while an 8m x 5m swimming pool, sea access platform and outdoor dining pergola create plenty of opportunities to spend time outside. Daily breakfast service and maid service are included, with a private chef also available on request.
The ground floor centres around a bright, open-plan living and dining space overlooking the sea, alongside a well-equipped kitchen and an en suite twin bedroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room and its own large sea-facing terrace. The remaining en suite bedrooms are arranged across the upper floors, alongside a TV room with a single sofa bed and an attic room with a double sofa bed.
Outside, terraces provide space for sunbathing and relaxing around the pool, while the shaded dining pergola and BBQ are ideal for meals overlooking the water. Steps lead down to a private sea access platform, although use is weather dependent. Villa Clio is semi-detached but offers guests good privacy.
Location Overview
Villa Clio is particularly well placed for guests who prefer not to rely on a car every day. Two beaches are less than 500m away, while Kassiopi is approximately 800m along the lane behind the villa. The village has supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants and tavernas, with bars centred around its picturesque harbour. Private boat hire and organised boat trips are also available from the harbour.
Further along Corfu’s north-east coast, San Stefano is 6km away and offers waterfront tavernas in a pretty fishing-village setting. Other beaches worth visiting include sandy Kalamaki and Avlaki, while water sports are available near Kalami. Corfu Town is 35km south and is well worth visiting for its historic streets, Venetian architecture, shops and restaurants.
