The Villa Experience
Arranged across two elegant buildings connected by a shaded veranda, Tesseris Filoi is designed for relaxed group living with space to gather and retreat in equal measure. Six air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms – all with French doors opening directly onto terraces and stone pathways – offer privacy and comfort for up to twelve guests.
At the heart of the villa, a modern kitchen with SMEG range cooker and island seating flows into a bright sitting and dining area, ideal for slow breakfasts or evening meals indoors.
Outside, life centres around the 14m infinity pool, shaded pergolas, and multiple terraces positioned to capture the ever-changing sea and sunset views. Location Overview
Tesseris Filoi enjoys a peaceful setting in Poseidonia, one of Syros’ most appealing coastal areas. Within a five-minute drive, you’ll find the sandy shores of Agathopes beach, along with local tavernas, supermarkets, and a range of water sports including sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking.
The elegant capital, Ermoupoli, with its neoclassical architecture, harbour, and lively dining scene, is just fifteen minutes away by car, as are the port and airport. From the striking Town Hall in Miaouli square to the aristocratic mansions and Apollon Theatre, Ermoupoli is an open-air museum that you could easily explore all day.
The port likewise connects to Piraeus, Fafina and other Greek islands via ferry, which makes for a great day out at sea.
