The Villa Experience

Lush Villa is a four-bedroom retreat overlooking the Aegean Sea and Santorini’s famous sunsets. Designed for up to eight guests, the villa offers 233 sq.m. of interior space alongside 316 sq.m. outside, including a 250 sq.m. veranda. The outdoor areas are designed for all-day living, with a private swimming pool, two outdoor Jacuzzis, generous seating, a fire pit and outdoor cooking facilities.

The accommodation is arranged across two levels. Level 0 has two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two lounges, a wellness room and butler room, alongside the outdoor fire pit and one Jacuzzi. Level 1 has two further bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, the main living area, private swimming pool, second outdoor Jacuzzi and outdoor cooking facilities. Guests also have a private fitness room and sauna.

Daily maid service and complimentary breakfast at nearby Santo Pure are included. Additional services and experiences can also be arranged, including private dining and a private chef, in-villa spa treatments, private transfers, car hire, laundry services and activities such as yoga, Pilates and yachting.

Lush Villa and Icon Villa are interconnected both internally and externally and can be combined to create Scenic Villa – an impressive eight-bedroom retreat accommodating up to 16 guests.

Location Overview

Lush Villa occupies a secluded position on the western side of Oia, offering privacy and unobstructed views while remaining conveniently close to the village. Oia is approximately 950m away – around three minutes by car or 19 minutes on foot – while Ammoudi is approximately 600m away – around three minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. Santo Pure, where villa guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, is also a short walk away.
