The Villa Experience

Set high above Oia, Icon Villa combines uninterrupted Aegean Sea and sunset views with extensive private outdoor space and facilities designed for indoor-outdoor living.

The three-storey villa has 257 sq.m. of interiors and 389 sq.m. outside, including 250 sq.m. of private verandas, a swimming pool, two heated outdoor Jacuzzis, a fire pit, outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, with each king-size bed convertible into twins.

The accommodation is arranged across three levels. Level 0 has two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two lounges, the wellness room and butler room, alongside an outdoor fire pit and Jacuzzi.

Level 1 has a further en-suite bedroom, living area, swimming pool, second Jacuzzi and outdoor cooking facilities. The final bedroom occupies Level 2 and has an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. A private gym and sauna provide dedicated wellness facilities within the villa.

Daily maid service and complimentary breakfast at nearby Santo Pure are included, while additional services can be arranged to tailor the stay.

These include private dining and a private chef, concierge services, a personal trainer, in-villa spa treatments, private airport or port transfers, car hire and laundry services.

Lush Villa and Icon Villa are interconnected both internally and externally and can be combined to create Scenic Villa – an impressive eight-bedroom retreat accommodating up to 16 guests.

Location Overview

Icon Villa occupies a secluded position on the western side of Oia, combining privacy and far-reaching Aegean views with convenient access to the village. Oia is approximately 950m away – around three minutes by car or 19 minutes on foot – while Ammoudi is approximately 600m away – around three minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. Santo Pure, where villa guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, is also a short walk away.
