Each villa showcases curated artwork and installations from a number of famous and up-and-coming African artists, while statement pieces of rock as if hewn from the landscape frame the softer touches of artisan woven fabrics and colourful throws. Natural hues of wood, stone and copper reflect the elements outside. Space is the real luxury with different areas to relax in and around the villa before coming together for delicious meals prepared by your chef. During the day head out on immersive safari expeditions into the bushveld where extraordinary wildlife reside – dry sand rivers weave across the landscape acting as wildlife highways, creating ambush points for the unwitting. With most safari activities bookending the day, you might find time to visit the local village and school. Families can use the Cubs Club where the children head out on “Bush Bumbles” while adults rejuvenate in the Africology Spa. Come together around the fire in the evening for stories of the day under a sky twinkling with countless stars.
