We are a leading, bespoke tour operator based in Hungerford, Berkshire, specialising in high end, luxury, tailor made holidays around the world and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join us in Client Concierge and Sales Support.

This is very much a customer service role and we are looking to recruit a proactive and organised people person to support the sales team while taking ownership for the customer journey. This is a busy and rewarding role which will allow you to develop and grow within a friendly, motivated team.

As part of the Client Concierge and Sales Support team, you will assist with pre and post trip administration including the finer client specifics and all concierge requirements, while ensuring the highest possible standards of service and support are met.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is able to use their initiative and think outside of the box. They will have a proven record in customer service and will possess excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. They will thrive on creating and maintaining lasting customer relationships. No two days are the same and it is of paramount importance that the candidate can work to deadlines and under pressure. They will need a flexible, can do attitude.

There is scope to develop the position in the ongoing quest to improve and enhance the customer experience and the systems and processes that support the sales team.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and knowledge. Benefits include private health care, pension and inclusion in the company’s profit related bonus scheme.
