We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant and a Group Database Administrator
We are a leading bespoke tour operator based in Hungerford, Berkshire, specialising in high end, luxury tailor made holidays around the world.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant with excellent product knowledge of long haul destinations.
This is a sales role which includes dealing directly with clients and their enquiries, suggesting and composing appropriate itineraries with quotations and liaising with suppliers. We are looking for an individual with a real passion for their specialist areas, gained either from extensive travels in that part of the world or preferably from a tour operator background. Wider geographical knowledge is desirable.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is able to use their initiative and think outside of the box. They will have a proven record in sales and excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. No two days are the same and it is of paramount importance that the candidate can work to deadlines and under pressure. They will need a flexible, can do attitude.

Group Database Administrator:
The RBR Group are looking to recruit for this key role to support their luxury travel and field sports businesses. The Group Database Administrator will be responsible for the MS Dynamics CRM application, its data, documentation and user training and support. Other duties associated with this role are as follows:
• Work with Business Heads to ensure dynamic KPI’s can be provided to assist in the measurement of individuals, teams and eventually corporate entities.
• To be the database Administrator for Dynamics CRM application
• Support Business Heads with IT related projects or the ongoing maintenance of other major or minor applications.
• To sustain and ensure good working relationship with all users to a common goal
• Support the IT department on an adhoc basis
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of relational databases and the ability to extract, analyse and summarise data as well as an understanding of basic SQL and the confidence to write simple views in SQL using SQL Server Management Studio. Candidates will need to evidence strong technical knowledge, emotional resilience and integrity.
