The private island is exclusive to guests and boasts 29 well appointed fan-cooled cottages that nestle in mature tropical gardens. Cane furniture, beamed ceilings, hammocks, shady patios and in some cases sea views and plunge pools result in the sort of rustic chic that the Caribbean does so well.
Despite the superb scenery and culinary excellence that are conducive to doing very little this fabulous little resort has fantastic array of activities to keep you busy. A luxurious spa offers blissful treatments while for those in search of a little more action tennis courts, a fresh water swimming pool and water sports that include snorkelling and scuba diving can be enjoyed.
Weekly cocktail parties, barbeques and live music keep guests entertained and for those with children a baby sitting service is available. Dining is generally al fresco in gazebos close to the beach and incorporates many delicious local ingredients. Before dinner enjoy a sun downer at Coconuts Bar which is delightfully positioned in the sea, just a short swim from the beach.
The resort offers Sailaway packages on one of two yachts, one is 44 foot and the other 50 foot. Complete with captain and cook the yachts sleep either two or four as well as crew and voyages take in Bequia and Mustique islands over two nights, a three night trip is also available and, weather permitting, visits Tobago cays.
