Where this policy is applicable

This policy is applicable to any data collected on www.baileyrobinson.com or by a Bailey Robinson employee for storage in Bailey Robinson' internal database.

Understanding what we collect

Bailey Robinson collects three types of information:

1. Information pertaining to your website preferences

2. Technical data

3. Data you explicitly provide Bailey Robinson

Data maintenance and security

Bailey Robinson considers your data's security when we upgrade our technology. Old computers are recycled and their hard drives are always removed before they leave our offices and kept in secure storage.

By submitting an entry for the prize draw, entrants acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions, and also are agreeing to accept the booking conditions of Roxton Bailey Robinson Worldwide, Bailey Robinson's parent company. The non-holiday related offers will be supplied by Bailey Robinson as follows:

• Berry Brothers & Rudd vouchers - to the value of £50
• Tate Gallery annual membership - at cost for one individual for one year only
• An exclusive Jo Malone candle - at cost for one candle only
• A free annual subscription to either Condé Nast Traveller, Vanity Fair or Tatler magazine - at cost for one annual subscription only.

These offers are subject to the following terms and conditions
1. All entrants must be over 18 at the time of entry
2. Winners will be the next 50 drawn after the holiday prize winner has been drawn
3. The prizes are non-transferable. There will be no cash alternative or refunds

5. Only one entry per address is permitted

The holiday offer that is made by Bailey Robinson is as follows:

• Three nights for two in standard double room at Dar Zamora, Marrakech, Morocco covering Zemora breakfast, afternoon tea, still mineral water in the bedroom and by the pool and 10% Government tax
• Free limousine airport transfers
• Bottle of Moroccan wine on arrival
• Free six course fine dining by in-house cook, Rachida (trained by a two Michelin star chef) for two people on one night

The accommodation should be booked through Bailey Robinson and is subject to availability, the conditions listed above and the following additional terms and conditions:
