Rory Pilkington - Managing Director
Rory's induction to the travel industry was leading safaris in East Africa and over a number of years his travels have strengthened an encyclopaedic knowledge of the globe and its vagaries. At Bailey Robinson he has been instrumental in expanding the company. With his input it has become one of the most respected luxury travel operators within the industry. He is constantly looking for new destinations and exciting travel experiences to tempt the traveller. As a man who is au fait with both luxury and adventure he is perfectly positioned to ensure Bailey Robinson delivers both.

Kerry Fourie - Worldwide Accountant
Kerry was born in the UK but as a young child her family emigrated to South Africa and during her 31 years as a resident she became fluent in Afrikaans. While living there she travelled across many countries, including Swaziland and Lesotho. After returning to the UK Kerry went to college to pursue her love of accountancy and became a full member of The Association of Accounting Technicians. With Bailey Robinson Kerry manages to combine her talent for figures with her love of travel.

Grace Cardall - Product Manager
As Product Manager for Australasia, the Caribbean and South East Asia Grace has found the perfect way to combine her love of travel with her business acumen. Her journeys have included Cuba, Antigua, Brazil, Mauritius, India, Oman, Southern Africa, New Zealand and many routes across Australia. She is adept at understanding the needs and diversity of each of her geographical regions and communicating this to the sales team.

Sarah Parker - Sales Consultant
With a wealth of travel experiences Sarah channels her intimate knowledge of varied destinations across the globe to give advice on Australasia, South East Asia, the Indian Ocean and the Caribbean. During her many years within the travel industry she has developed a flair for organising unusual journeys often encompassing a round the world trip, with an emphasis on the more remote and intriguing destinations. With a true love of travel and keen eye for photography, Sarah loves to pass on her experiences and honest advice.

Rebecca Simpson - Sales Consultant
Rebecca has worked within the travel industry for a number of years. She has dedicated her time to gaining knowledge of many areas of the world with trips to New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Dubai, Egypt, France, Seychelles, Maldives, Caribbean, India (Rajasthan, Kerala and Goa), Sri Lanka, Morocco and United Arab Emirates. For her role with Bailey Robinson she has strengthened her knowledge of the Indian sub-continent, the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean.

Ed Burke - Product Manager
Doing a degree in Anthropology may not seem like an obvious choice for someone wanting to work in travel, however Ed feels it gives him a better understanding of the diversified philosophy's of each of his product areas of Africa, North America and the Indian Ocean. He enjoys the different aspects each area has to offer, be it an exhilarating walking safari in Zambia, the tranquil beaches and culture of Mauritius or the bright lights, big city of New York, all of which are on his favourites list.

Stefanie Ruff - Sales Consultant
Stefanie spent time working for a top airline and also has a background in hotel management so this means she knows the customer experience through from airport check-in to hotel check-out. Her ability to know what to look for in a journey means our customers will have the best experience possible. She loves to travel and has ventured across all of the East and Southern African countries as well as learning about wildlife in Madagascar. Her own holidays also extend to Australia, New Zealand, America and Mongolia.

Roxy Voorspuy - Sales Consultant
Roxy's down to earth speciality and second home, is Africa. Having spent most of her life travelling its length and breadth, she has immersed herself in the cultures and traditions of the land so can offer a customer firsthand accounts of her personal experiences and recommendations. Only a handful of agents in the UK have been appointed to sell Sub-Orbital space flight seats, but Roxy is among their ranks having undergone training for the of the out of the world experience it offers.

Harriet Harford - Sales Consultant
Harriet has certainly polished her knowledge of travelling with trips to Cyprus, Portugal, Marrakech, Italy, France, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, Cuba, Zimbabwe and Zambia and South Africa to mention just a selection. This puts her perfectly placed to arrange holidays within the areas of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. She is very insightful regarding which hotel will best suit the needs and wants of each traveller.

Lucy Hartley - Sales Consultant
Having travelled extensively, Lucy brings a huge amount of experience to her specialist areas of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East with firsthand knowledge of Dubai, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco & Tunisia. Her knowledge of her these areas also extends to living and working in the French Alps for eighteen months as well as being a tour leader in Tuscany for six months. Lucy has a genuine love of travel and an enthusiasm for others to experience exciting and varied destinations.

Richard Laker - Product Manager
On his first arrival to Latin America Richard experienced the warmth and generosity of the area; within ten minutes he had received an invitation to the President's Box at the Azteca Stadium for the weekend's football. After some years of travel, studying Spanish, Portuguese and guiding tourists in the region Richard had fallen in love with the continent, its people and cultures. From the beaches of Mexico to the frozen mass of Antarctica Richard is able to create for you the most perfect and unforgettable trip through this fascinating continent.

Mandy Abbott - Marketing Manager
A long career within the broadcasting and post-production trade as a PR, events and marketing manager meant Mandy was travelling extensively for business, so a move into marketing the travel industry was a seamless progression. She has ventured to Australia, Hong Kong, China, Israel, Russia, across many parts of the USA and Europe, as well as working in New York and Ibiza. She has particular knowledge of Bermuda having spent a large part of her adult life travelling between the island and the UK.

Christabel D' Souza - Sales Support Team
Christabel had worked mainly in IT roles, honing her skills in the development and application of sales processes and business consultation before joining Bailey Robinson. Her experience of travelling to a wide range of countries gives her excellent grounding in world regions. She ensures customer's holiday details are in order and all elements are in place to make it a pleasurable experience. She also assists in the development and improvement of business systems and processes.

Jane Saunders - Sales Support Team
At the start of her career Jane spent ten years with a bespoke kitchen, bedroom and bathroom company, there she used and developed her flair for administration and consolidated her understanding of the individual needs of customers. She has always relished any opportunity for travel and has visited the Greek Islands, Kenya, Ibiza, Tunisia, Slovenia, Portugal and the South of France. Working with Bailey Robinson means she can use all her organisational customer skills and also call upon her knowledge of the world of luxury travel.

Amy Gerrard - Sales Support Team/Flights
Although a relative newcomer to the travel industry Amy has rapidly discovered it is her vocation. Her personal journeys have so far taken her to the USA, Europe and the Caribbean. She is a great fan of the beach holiday - or as it is colloquially called 'the flop & drop'. Her dual roles of sales support and flight organisation gives her keen insight into the requirements to make a holiday run smoothly and efficiently.

Vicki Scott - Flights
Vicki travelled around Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand for a number of months and realised travel was her passion. She has also undertaken journeys to Malaysia, New York, Greece and Portugal thereby showing her interests in the diversity of city and beach breaks. Her skill at building working relationships with all the major airlines has stood the company and our customers in good stead during crisis such as volcanic ash clouds and the occasional strike situation.

Samantha Fourie - Receptionist/Sales Support
The diversity of her role is what inspires Samantha, it gives her a chance to continually acquire new information and use it to best effect, either as the front line for customer enquires or catering to the demands of a busy Bailey Robinson office in a calm and efficient manner. She has travelled to Mauritius and areas of Europe and would love to explore South Africa to indulge her artistic flair for painting by capturing the form and grace of wild game on canvas.
