A narrow strip of land in Namibia’s far northeast, the Caprivi ‘panhandle’ is a densely vegetated, tropical area, criss-crossed by three major rivers and several smaller ones. Namibia’s answer to the Okavango Delta, it is home to several wildlife-rich game parks, including the wild and little visited Mamili National Park. Picturesque islands, river channels and wetlands attract more than 400 species of bird and a wide variety of animals that wander freely to and from the neighbouring countries of Botswana and Zambia. Easily combined with visits to Victoria Falls and the Okavango Delta, Caprivi’s rivers are a mecca for fisherman, while the Popa Falls are a scenic highlight.

Arrive into Johannesburg and connect with the schedule flight to Windhoek. Transfer by light aircraft to Desert Rhino Camp for a 3 night stay.
DAY 3 - 4 DESERT RHINO CAMP
2 days of activities including day and night game drives, guided walks and the highlight is tracking the rare Black Rhino.
DAY 5 DESERT RHINO CAMP/SERRA CAFEMA
Transfer by light aircraft to Serra Cafema for a 4 night stay.
