DAY 1 – 3 Hanoi
Fly to Hanoi, explore the Old Quarter & see a water puppet show. Visit Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum & the Temple of Literature. Take a cyclo ride around the city or between the main sights, stumbling across temples & pagodas in the narrow streets. Enjoy a night at Halong Bay on a traditional junk & try the delicious fresh seafood of the area
DAY 3 – 6 Vientiane
Fly onwards to Vientiane with its French colonial architecture, explore the city, Pha That Luang & Wat Si Saket & pay a visit to Phu Khao Khuay National Park for some wildlife viewing. Take in the peaceful atmosphere of this charming sleepy city which can be easily explored on foot or by bicycle
DAY 6 – 9 Luang Prabang
