Overnight at Quesnel before boarding for the second full day on the train. Pass Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies arriving into Jasper in the early evening. DAY 1 – 2 Fly to Churchill
Fly to Winnipeg, receive an orientation dinner & start to learn about the bears & their behaviour. The following day fly to Churchill which will be the base while in the north
DAY 3 – 5 Bear Watching on the Tundra
Explore the tundra on polar buggies, a fantastic chance to watch these magnificent animals from the warmth & comfort of these fully equipped vehicles. Look out for mothers & cubs as well as young adult males play-fighting. Each evening there is a presentation on the wildlife & local culture & one evening will be spent on the tundra watching the night’s activities
DAY 6 – 7 Return Journey
The flights are scheduled to depart in the afternoon giving as much time as possible in Churchill to explore & enjoy this remote & intriguing town or even to take a helicopter ride over the tundra. After breakfast at the hotel in Winnipeg transfer back to the airport for the flight home

DAY 1
Arrive and transfer to the Ritz Carlton Montreal for seven nights accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis.
DAY 4
Enjoy a Gastronomic tour of the city. The first stop is the Van Houtte Coffee Shop, whose European-style coffees have been an institution in Québec for the past 22 years. Your guide will unravel its history and explain the legacy of the Van Houtte name on Québec's economy and diet. The next port of call is the St Viateur Bagel Shop and Factory, founded in 1957. This ever-popular Montreal landmark still produces hand-rolled bagels baked in a wood oven and is the birthplace of Montreal's famous bagel. Travel north along St Laurent Boulevard, through the multicultural districts of the Greek and Portuguese villages. Lively Greek restaurants with a 'bring your own wine' policy abound in Duluth and Prince Arthur Streets, add to the diversity of the culinary landscape of this vibrant metropolis. Take in the sights, sounds and smells of the Jean Talon Market, meeting local stand owners and tasting their produce. Continue with visits to Outremont and the Jewish district famed for its smoked meat sandwiches. Next up is Chinatown, located in Old Montréal. Wander through cobblestone streets, discovering what a Sugar Shack is and why Quebeckers make a traditional pilgrimage to one every spring. Finish in the Francophone district, with scores of restaurants offering poutine - a decadent concoction of crispy French fries smothered in gravy and topped with cheese curds.
