Climate and average temperatures
The coastal regions of Montenegro enjoy a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, sunny winters. The coldest months of the year are December and January when temperatures can drop to around 7°C at night. The hottest months of the year are July and August when temperatures peak between 30-35°C. Sea temperatures range from 25-28°C in summer and November is generally the wettest month.
