Australia has two climatic zones, the tropical zone is above the Tropic of Capricorn in the north while the southern areas are more temperate and the seasons are the opposite to the UK. The best months to visit the southern areas are November to March but the best months to visit the tropical north, Northern Territory and Kimberely is April to November.
