On the edge of the Kuka Hills bordering the Serengeti National Park and the Maasai Mara, Klein's Camp is set in a 25,000 acre private wildlife concession leased from the Maasai. Established in 1926, the camp harks back to safaris of old with ten luxurious stone and thatch cottages furnished with polished wooden floors and classic interiors reminiscent of the plantation era. The atmosphere may be old fashioned, but the modern amenities include powerful hot showers, twin hand basins and natural cotton dressing gowns in every en-suite bathroom.
