The family-run Ottley’s Plantation Inn on St Kitts is everyone’s dream of what a romantic colonial hotel should be. Originally a 17th Century sugar plantation, it is now a delightful hotel renowned for its hospitality, gourmet cuisine and elegant accommodation.
