The Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is one of the premier resort choices for couples and families alike, with its abundance of restaurants, bars, water and land sports to keep everyone suitably fed, watered and entertained.
Located just 30 minutes by seaplane from Malé in the South Ari Atoll, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is not one island, but two, divided into three different entities encircled by a coral reef and a sparkling blue lagoon. A kids spa programme has been developed to help busy children unwind, although a few parental eyes will look at the kids activity programme with envy, catering for children from 3 to 12 years. Seven restaurants in magical settings offer stellar cuisine from all corners of the globe, accompanied by wine from an exceptional cellar. The latest addition to this amazing array is the world's first all glass undersea restaurant lying five metres below the surface, matching an outstanding location with food that is equally inspired.
Activities range from horizontal sun worshipping for those whose idea of heaven is just lapping up the atmosphere, to water sports, world class diving, floodlit tennis, an excellent gym with aerobics classes and a speedboat for island hopping and cruising. With a second spa on Rangali Island, the opportunities for blissful ways of passing the time are endless.
