Kicheche Bush Camp is located in the Masai Mara within the Olare Orok Conservancy bordering the reserve. The conservancy, through its strict limit on bed numbers, offers an incomparable game viewing experience without crowds. The camp is located in a prime wildlife area and game viewing starts from the camp itself. The location is also ideal to experience the wildebeest migration between August and October. Watching wildlife at close range from customised 4x4, but without encroaching on their space, is endlessly fascinating and the guides' instincts and experience provide wonderful photo opportunities. The vehicles are superbly designed for photographers with open sides and open roofs. Other activities include guided walks and cultural visits. There are six spacious, fully insectproof custom designed tents, equipped with twin or double beds, en suite bathrooms with flushing loos and a traditional safari bucket shower with a view. All rooms have a veranda with comfortable chairs overlooking the plains. There is also a spacious well furnished lounge and dining tent, although most guests prefer to eat alfresco if weather permits.
