The third largest Caribbean Island, Jamaica is English speaking and offers a host of attractions such as jungle covered mountain tops, pristine beaches and a handful of supremely comfortable and secluded hotels and resorts. Often known as 'the Island of Springs' Jamaica is blessed with breathtaking scenery; spectacular Blue Mountains tower over rolling hills, steep sided gullies and idyllic coves and bays.

Every conceivable water sport is available around the island and many of the beaches lend themselves perfectly to swimming. The interior of the island offers picturesque walking and cycling trails which beg to be discovered as do the wild mangrove areas along the south coast which are home to crocodile and the shy, rare manatee.
