Just outside of the enchanting 15th Century village of Mougins within easy reach of Cannes, Nice and Grasse, Le Mas Candille offers mesmerising views towards the Alps and across the Mediterranean.

Guests are often invited to watch him at work, creating dishes such as tatin de foie gras with Armagnac essence and crayfish Carpaccio.
