Just two hours from the capital, Quito, Hacienda Zuleta was originally completed in 1691. Continuing the tradition of its former colonial owners, it remains a working farm. The key however is in the intimacy, warm welcome and comfort offered to the few select guests housed in nine delightfully atmospheric rooms.
