In the fort itself, the fabulous three bedroom beachfront suite is so close to the sea it almost feels like it is part of it, while the two bedroom Fort Suite has the luxury of a private rooftop terrace with stunning views of the bay. Six luxurious three bedroom vineyard suites have recently been added to the hotel making even more flexible accommodation for families or groups. Furnishings are original and classically contemporary; understated Balinese furniture sits next to original art by well-known local artists, all set against a calm, neutral backdrop. The oceanfront Fish Pot Restaurant is an irresistible magnet for food aficionados. Here a fun and funky atmosphere, terrific Bajan and international cuisine, plus a chef who has migrated to the hotel via Le Gavroche and The Connaught, means the food and atmosphere are bound to delight and tantalise.
