Each of the spacious individual, shingle roofed cottage suites captures the charm of the island’s colonial past, yet has all the amenities associated with modern-day luxury. The 8 beach cottage suites are set back from the 380 metre long bay. The spacious bedroom is air-conditioned, has a king-size bed and is split-level to the lounge area. The hillside pool suites offer spectacular views and are designed to provide complete privacy, each with its own large
plunge pool and sunbathing deck. All suites have a large veranda with double day beds and plantation chairs. Spacious and sumptuous bathrooms are complemented by the outdoor garden shower. Each suite is fitted with all the modern luxuries one might expect including a flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station.
To complete the ultimate package, the beachfront restaurant boasts some of the best food on the island. Under the direction of the superb Executive Chef it offers a varied menu of both Caribbean favourites and modern European cooking with an emphasis on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant's idyllic location makes it the perfect choice for alfresco dining, but meals may be enjoyed in the privacy of the cottage or beside the pool if preferred.
A team of spa therapists aim to make any stay as relaxing as possible with a range of pampering and spoiling therapies, which now include Dorissima treatments. Complimentary yoga, pilates and meditation complete the holistic picture. Nonmotorised water sports are available on the beach with staff always on hand for sailing and windsurfing instruction. For those who prefer to relax more sedately, comfortable chaise longues on the beach or by the pool offer the perfect location to just lounge with a book.
