St. Martin

Easily accessible by ferry from Anguilla or via a short flight from Antigua, St. Martin forms northern part of the island of St. Martin’s, the smallest inhabited land mass in the world. It is less lively than its Dutch southern counterpart, Saint Maarten, but St. Martin is hardly a sleepy backwater. Its capital, Marigot, offers fantastic duty-free shopping and luxury facilities where one can acquire the latest French fashions without the inevitable mass of cruise ship day-trippers. The beaches, including some world-famous nudist spots, are just secluded enough to make you feel special and the luxury resorts provide lavish accommodation and impeccable service.
